Raised in the United Kingdom, United States, and Portugal, he brings a global perspective to audio, visual and written storytelling. A History graduate from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, Henrique’s first taste of media came when he created (now hosting and and producing) the BBC award-winning podcast Moments that Matter on RAW 1251AM. In November 2023, his interview with Grammy-Award winning composer Jake Heggie earned the BBC Sounds & Global Media & Entertainment Student Radio Bronze Award for “Best Interview”, affirming his podcasting abilities.
Henrique has worked across a range of media environments - from assisting live studio operations at ABC7 KGO-TV and supporting audio production at Goalhanger Podcasts, to producing digital and social content for Glodow Nead Communications and volunteering at the University of California Berkeley’s community radio station, KALX 90.7FM . Currently completing a Master of Science at Syracuse University’s prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications, Henrique co-founded, produces and presents the Orange Television Network’s variety television show Sequence 78. He balances this with his role as Head of Marketing at OG1 Coaches, one of California’s most exciting, emerging sports start ups.
